The magic of flavour 10,000 metres above the ground
The development of LOT Polish Airlines' in-flight offering is a strategic direction for us, in which we consistently focus on unique travel experiences. Not only does Michelin-starred flavours in LOT Business Class enhance the quality and prestige of our offer, but they highlight Polish hospitality and culinary culture worldwide. We truly believe that every stage of a journey should be inspiring – not only the destination, but also the journey itself and its unique qualities, which can be experienced by passengers on board our aircraft. That is why we offer solutions that combine comfort with unforgettable culinary experiences.

Receiving a Michelin star and the trust placed in us by Krug, one of the world's finest champagne houses, which made Rozbrat 20 the Krug Ambassade, is a great honour for me and, at the same time, a commitment to becoming even better every day. It also represents a great opportunity to prove to international guests that Polish cuisine has made its way into the world of top restaurants. Today, my great dream of showcasing Polish cuisine to a wide international audience has come true. We have every reason to be proud, and thanks to our cooperation with LOT Polish Airlines and the Polish Tourism Organisation, interest in our cuisine, as well as our culture and traditions, is sure to grow. At 10,000 metres above the ground, we will show and let the passengers experience how delicious, modern and unique Polish cuisine is. This innovative solution is an opportunity for all of us.
