- LOT Polish Airlines launches LOT Fly&Rail – a service allowing passengers to combine air and rail travel under a single booking.
- In its initial phase, the service will cover Sweden and Switzerland, providing passengers with access to more than 30 railway stations.
- LOT Fly&Rail marks the first step in the development of the carrier’s intermodal offering, designed to help passengers reach destinations outside the airline’s direct flight network.
We intend to provide our passengers with the ability to plan their journeys more comprehensively, focusing not only on the flight itself, but also on the onward journey to their final destination. Combining air and rail travel increases accessibility of numerous locations and provides travelers with a greater degree of flexibility. LOT Fly&Rail is the first step in the process of expanding LOT Polish Airline’s intermodal offering – a service whose significance is expected to increase, especially in the context of the planned launch of Port Polska, where the integration of both modes of transport will play a strategic role.
